What happens if I want to terminate services?

Ownership of Assets: The client retains ownership of all assets and materials that have been paid for prior to the termination. This may include website designs, content, graphics, and any other deliverables produced during the course of the partnership.


Smooth Transition: Our agency is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for the client. We  provide support in transferring files, data, and account access, as well as offering guidance on transitioning the marketing campaigns to the client's in-house team or another agency.


Notice Period: 30 Day notice is required to terminate services. This allows both parties to plan accordingly and wrap up any ongoing projects in a timely manner.

  • Notifications less than 30 days will be charged the hourly rate of $165 per hour for any and all work begun and/or completed during the service month. 


By being transparent and cooperative during the termination process, our agency helps ensure a positive experience for our clients, even in the case of ending the partnership.
